From the Love Songs collection, these earrings have been made with ancient Black Maire, sourced here on our farm and have been handcrafted and shaped to form a simple, classic heart.

To showcase the timber, the surface has been sanded till smooth and then beeswax has been applied to pop the colour and grain of the timber.

The Black Maire (Nestegis cunninghami) tree typically symbolises strength and is one of New Zealand’s hardest timber.
